With a variety of programs designed for those on different timelines we are able to focus on getting you where you need, when you need it. Specialised workouts and nutritional guidelines designed to focus on fat-loss, your trainer is there to guide you through every step of the way. Here at The Next Step Co we also like to take a holistic approach giving tips and tricks on how to maintain those energy levels and keep those positive vibes flowing right into your special day.
Those that are time poor need not stress with your personal trainer coming to you. You can choose to work out alone or with you partner. We also offer small group training sessions to get your friends, family, bridesmaids and bridal party ready to rock it. Small team sessions are a great way to workout together and keep each other motivated all the way up to the wedding. We service all over Melbourne and are proud to bring you only the best professionals in the industry.
