What we need from you to book it iN!

Date AND Start time
Style (and any song requests)
Location (is this a private house, function space, studio etc)
Group Numbers; approximate numbers initially, then final numbers two weeks before the event
Room dimensions for covid compliance (density quotients)

*We need all the above details to start your booking process + a nonrefundable deposit of $100 to secure your date and time.

Final class details are collected two, three weeks out from your event date via a consultation form filled out online.

Full prepayment is due the week before the event. Please see Cancellation Policy below.

PRICING + WHAT’S INCLUDED

Class is $28 (including gst) per person

Minimum class fee is $420 (inc. gst) covers up to 15 participants.

Maximum class fee is $800 for groups of 28 people and over. For groups larger than 40 you may need a second instructor at an additional fee.

ADD ON’S

+ STUDIO HIRE

If you are requiring a Studio for your event we can help you book in the below locations. Please note we only help with hire at the listed studios, if you require elsewhere you can do so at your own leisure.

Please note Studio bookings are subject to availability and the cost of the studio is an additional cost. These usually cost somewhere between $50 to $120 for the hour. You will be quoted the hire cost before it is all finalised.

Studios are usually only available for hire between 10am and 6pm. No drinks, food or decorations are allowed. Heels must be removed prior to class. The studio must be left in perfect condition. Inebriated behaviour is not tolerated, the studio and instructor has the right to ask participants to leave if displaying antisocial behaviour. Any cleaning/damages fees are the client’s responsibility. Studio Hire Fee once booked is non refundable. If you are running late on the day, unfortunately we cannot change the hire, your instructor will make the most of the time!

+ PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHER

An optional additional extra we offer is a Highlight Reel. A professional videographer would turn up to the class, film you all having fun, edit a short video (under one minute) and then send it to you as a little fun memory to look back on and share after the weekend. This fun additional extra is $250. Please note there may be an additional travel fee. Turn around is usually two weeks. Check out an example below.

PAYMENT & Cancellations

A nonrefundable $100 Deposit is required to secure your booked date and time. Class payment is due in full one week prior to your event. Studio Hire payment is required within 24 hours to secure studio hire.

Client Cancellations - Any class fully paid for and has to be cancelled more than 24 hours out will incur an admin fee of $200. No refund is applicable if a class is cancelled within 24 hours of start time. This applies to all events - both indoor and outdoor. No changes can be made to final numbers once confirmed one week prior. That is, individuals cannot receive a refund if unable to attend within one week of the event.

Running late - Your instructor has been booked for the hour only and will need to leave at the end of allotted time.

Studio Cancellations - In the very rare event that the studio has double booked (on our end) or they cannot provide studio hire at the last minute. Your class will unfortunately be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY…

On the day of the event, you’ll receive an email that gives you your instructors name and contact number should you need to contact them in an emergency. You can contact admin on 0411676404 at any time. Our instructors are booked only for the hour and usually have other events to run off to, so please note the allocated booking time is strict.
